Job Title: Front Desk / Administrative Officer
Location: Victoria Island, LagosEmployment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Keep front desk tidy and presentable at all times.
Greet and welcome guests
Answer queries by employees and clients
Ensure staffs fill in the attandance register upon arrival.
Arrange travel and accommodations
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Maintain and update company databases
Requirements and Skills
BA / BSc / HND; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
Proven work experience as a Front desk, Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Attention to detail
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
