Norsworthy Farms and Agro-Allied Industries is a farm located in Delta State and currently has over a thousand hecters of palm fruit and a 10 ton/hr processing mill located in Akwukwu-Igbo area of the State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee – Mill Process and ProductionLocation: Asaba, DeltaEmployment Type: Full-time

Description

To ensure all palm products are manufactured within company quality.
To ensure that mill runs at the highest possible processing efficiency.
To ensure that the best manufacturing practice are followed at all times
To enforce company policies and guidelines on processing to team.
To ensure that production plans are completed by a certain time.
To train and operate equipment according to specifications and standard operating procedures.
To ensure all aspect of line changeover within the minimum time of processing.
To foster team working Spirit among colleagues.
To Ensure the provision of safety gear are worn during processing.
To compile all daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
To schedule employee shifts and keep track of employee time.
To maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, settling processing variables,; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; implementing cost reductions; facilitating corrections to malfunctions with process control points.
To ensure safe work environment and good housekeeping to avoid infractions on statutory regulations

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with 1 – 2 years work experience.
