GreyStone Consulting Limited was established and registered in Nigeria with CAC as a Consulting Service provider based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are a team of IT Solutions Consultants, HR Managers, Business Development Consultants and Software solutions specialists. 

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR ManagerLocation: Yaba, LagosEmployment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process.
Ensuring that the company’s procedures comply with employment regulations.
Assessing the need for training and designing and implementing training programs accordingly.
Developing and implementing performance management.
Ensuring that all policies comply with legal regulations.
Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

Qualifications / Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
In-depth knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
Perfect knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel & Word
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
CIPM Certification is an advantage
Must be smart & tech savvy

SalaryN220,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
