About The Role
Harbor is looking for a professional with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Sales and Marketing Associate, reporting to the Business Strategy & Development Manager.
As a proven result-driven person, the Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales, forging and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an enterprising and energetic Sales and Marketing Associate to help us expand our clientele by being a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is skilled in rendering quality service to increase the company’s growth and revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing
Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Researching potential clients in target markets
Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
Maintaining client relations.
Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Conducting market research on rival products.
Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
What You Will Need For This Position
B.Sc / BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
At least 1 year relevant work experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A passion for sales
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Excellent organizational interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with others at all levels of the organization and externally.
Knowledge and track record of work experience in the EdTech/Tech or B2C market is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Time management and planning skills in terms of meeting tight deadlines and task prioritization.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Who You’ll Be Working with:
Directly reporting to the Business Strategy & Development Manager and closely working with the Growth Team.

Salary: N100,000 Monthly (Net)
Commissions: 2% on every closed deal
