We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Tax Accountant

Location: Ogba, LagosEmployment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Principal Accountabilities

Compute and calculate all taxes, levies, and deductions such as WHT, VAT, PAYE, etc. and remit to the appropriate regulatory authority;
Respond to tax and compliance queries from regulatory authorities;
Coordinate with in-house tax team and external tax consultant and provide tax advice to new businesses;
Collaborate with finance and tax colleagues around the world to enhance the Group’s global tax compliance and planning.
Ensure compliance with statutory monthly and annual filing due dates
Review contracts, agreements, etc. to ensure they are tax compliant;
Prepare tax reports, forecasts, and budgets with external tax advisors;
Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted tax legislation and regulations impacting us;

Job Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Law / other related fields with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
Analytical, strategic mindset with strong numerical skills
Good MS office skills, especially MS Excel.

SalaryN200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
