Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
We are urgently looking for smart and responsible Front Desk officers for our administrative roles.
Responsibilities
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them
Keep updated records and files
Monitor office expenses and costs
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Check, sort and forward emails
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Requirements
Candidates should possess minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in related field, additional certificates is a plus
1 – 10 years relevant work experience.
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation.
Knowledge of office management
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
SalaryN95,000 – N155,000 Monthly.
