Job Description

Gain experience and perspective by working across the departments of the organization, such as maintenance, production, purchasing, customer services, sales and marketing.
Collaborating with unit heads to plan the work output for the department
Observing and training with experienced staff to learn about the standards, procedures and methods used, to be effective within each department

Requirements

Graduates of chemical engineering, Trade Test 1-3 and Artisans skilled in welding, machinists, woodwork finishing,etc.

Other Requirements are:

Positive attitude to learning
Problem-solving
Communication (oral and verbal)
Commercial acumen.
Detail oriented
Leadership skills and qualities
