Between You And Me on zee one Sunday 22nd January 2023 update, Devina and Pushpa seeing Akhilesh and Ira sleeping. Aditya says I swear I have seen Akhilesh outside. Devina says it means someone got Akhilesh by the window. Pushpa asks her to stop the nonsense. Devina sees someone hiding and goes to hit. They see just the shoes. Pushpa says we should leave now, Akhilesh is with Ira. They leave. Birju hides. He says I m happy seeing Akhilesh, he didn’t go on me, he should walk on Pushpa’s values. He blesses and goes.

Its morning, Pushpa starts her day and does puja. Lakhan cleans the white coat by beating it. He asks her why is she doing this. She says a doctor did injustice with Akhilesh, you will beat white coat every day till I get that doctor, I got shagun for Ira. She goes to Akhilesh and Ira. Ira and Akhilesh wake

up. She screams and hits Akhilesh. Pushpa and Lakhan hear the scream and rush. Ira scolds Akhilesh.
Akhilesh says I didn’t do anything with you. She asks did you get drunk yesterday, I understood, you took revenge, you ruined my life, you are an animal. He says shut up, don’t think anything, I didn’t do anything, my life is ruined. Pushpa asks him why is Ira shouting. Devina asks her can’t she do anything except shouting. Ira says you can’t ruin my respect. Akhilesh says don’t blame me, if I get angry… Ira asks what will you do, I did mistake but married you. He says you married me to save your degree. Akhilesh asks her did she forget to wear clothes, why is she roaming like this. She says I wear such clothes in my house. He asks her to wear saree. She asks what about you, you got drunk. He says fine, I was worried, you had that betel and did this, you broke the bed.

She says this is Akhilesh’s Dadi’s necklace. Ira asks how can I keep this. Pushpa says everything is yours, you are going to give Akhilesh’s child. She asks Akhilesh to make Ira wear the necklace. He does so. Siddhi says he is getting awkward with his own wife, something is wrong between them.

Ira compliments Pushpa. Pushpa asks Devina to give shagun to Ira. Devina says sorry, I have nothing to give her. Pushpa asks shall I say what you can give her. Devina blesses Ira. Pushpa says I have already blessed Ira. Devina asks what do I have. Pushpa says this house

and locker keys. Devina says never. Pushpa pushes her and makes her give the keys to Ira. Everyone claps. Akhilesh feels mum should get strength to bear the truth.
Devina says I hope your plan works. Siddhi says don’t worry. She asks Pushpa and Devina to leave them alone, they kept a game for youngsters. Pushpa asks them are they doing some mischief. Akhilesh says Siddhi is saying with love, there is no harm. Pushpa, Devina and Lakhan leave. Siddhi explains the truth and dare game to Akhilesh and Ira. They play the game. Sid cheats and points the bottle towards Akhilesh.

Devina says you gave all the things to Ira, what if she runs with the jewelry, truth is bitter, there is no love between Akhilesh and Ira, its just an arrangement, why will any girl marry the guy knowing about his weakness. Devina asks Pushpa to see their love, its just a compromise, Ira is the rented bride. Akhilesh says its done. Ira sees Pushpa and Devina in the mirror. She asks Akhilesh why is he shy, they are just family, she can kiss him, if he can’t. She holds Akhilesh and kisses him. They all get shocked.

Pushpa laughs and asks Devina does she want to see anything else. Devina thinks how is this possible, Ira kissed him in front of everyone, how shall I prove this marriage is fake. She gets an idea. Ira says he is shy, we completed this dare. Bhoomi says you are a lovey dovey couple. Akhilesh says I have some work. He goes to his room. He vents out anger. Ira comes to explain. She says we have to show them everything is fine between us. He repairs the bed. She asks why are you angry. He says you kissed on my cheek, don’t know what I have to do to prove to my family, I can’t pretend love with someone I hate. He hits on his finger.

She scolds him and makes him sit. She does his aid. She says you will get reversal surgery, you will leave me and marry someone else, what about me, I will have divorced tag, who will marry me, then how is your sacrifice bigger than mine. She engages him in talk and gives the injection. She goes. Pushpa gives nek to kinners. She introduces Ira. The kinners bless Ira. Ira goes to get kheer. Devina gets Akhilesh. Pushpa says he is my son.
