Job Title: Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
Prepareand developtechnical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
Discussequipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
Collaboratewith sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Generatehigh-quality sales leads, followup after initial contact, secureand reneworders, negotiateprices, completesales, and arrangedeliveries.
Identifyareas for improvement and communicatethese issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
Setand achievesales goals and quotas.
Trainother members of the sales team ontechnical aspects of the company’s products and services.
Helpcustomers who have problems with installed products and recommendimproved or upgraded materials.
Solicitand logclient feedback, evaluatethe data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
Requirements
A First Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
3 – 6 years relevant work experience.
The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership and team working skills.
Experience in sales and the technology field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
