Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Location: Ikeja, LagosEmployment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Answer questions about account types and investment products.
Ability to communicate in English both in writing and speaking
Assist and enlighten customers on interest on investment
Help customers with complaints and question
Knowledge of using computer appreciations
Ability to update company’s offers on social media
Attracts potential cutsomers by answering products and service questions.
Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments
Review and explain savings and investment earnings to customers
Assist with profile update
Assist with address changes
Take inventory

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 0 – 1 year work experience.
Age must not be more than 24 years old.

SalaryN3,400,000 – N4,000,000 annually.
