Job Title: Recruitment Sourcing SpecialistLocation: Lagos
Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist who will work closely with our Recruitment Team to attract and create a new database of potential clients. In this position, you will identify potential clients and reach out to them. Taking advantage of this opportunity will allow you to gain recruitment experience and learn/develop your sourcing skills.
You will be required to have excellent communications, administration and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Client Sourcing Strategies
Utilizing Social Networks to identify potential clients/employers
Build a Network of High Networth Clients
Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities
Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
Headhunting specific candidates for high-end job roles, such as senior management positions
Achieving recruitment quotas and business development targets each month
Job Requirements
Understand the Recruitment process for web applications;
A Result Oriented Individual with a flexible approach to work;
Possess an excellent personal drive and self-motivational skills;
Able to work with own Initiative plus challenge firmly held assumptions;
Excellent command of English Language – Written and Spoken;
You will be required to perform any other required task as assigned to this role;
An effective and confident communicator with the ability to influence situations;
Experienced in creating CV’s + Cover Letters from existing CV
Use of social media platforms to source for prospective employers
Undertake telephone/online screening of candidates; Must be articulate in speaking with foreigners
Skills:
Good Interpersonal & Networking Skills;
Good Time Management Skills;
Experience in using Skype, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram;
Experience using CRM Applications;

Very good level of English Language – both written and spoken;
