Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Job Description

We are looking to employ graduate trainees for our operations in Lagos. If you are confident, self-motivated, and looking forward to a career in the real estate industry, this is for you.

Responsibilities

Participate in property sourcing activities and increase the company’s leasing stock.
Create marketing materials and promote properties.
Professionally manage enquiries
Conduct comparative market studies and property research analysis
Maintain a database of clients.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Maintain and update listing of available properties for lease and sales
Develop content for presentations
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose appropriate solutions

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management or any related field
Completion of NYSC is a necessity
0 – 2 years experience.

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills
Marketing / Sales and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical skills
Ability to speak any of the major 3 local languages (Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa) would be an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office
Team player.
