Laxmi On Starlife Thursday 29th December 2022 update, Episode started with Arjun stopping a rickshaw and very sweetly sending it towards Laxmi. Laxmi is at first surprised and then asks Arjun to share the rickshaw with her if he was going her way, to which of course Arjun said he was.

Then they have a bit of a banter with the rickshaw guy about the fare when suddenly the bus comes and Laxmi yanks Arjun towards the bus saying why pay 70 rupees when you can pay 5.

In the bus they sit opposite each other and Arjun is mesmerized by Laxmi. Embarrassed Laxmi tells him not to get any ideas about her cos she has been fixed to get married since she was 9! Arjun is shocked and disappointed and asks to who?

Just then they are passing Arjuns house and she tells him that she is going to be married in that house.

An even more surprised Arjun asks to who is she getting married to in that house and she says a guy called Arjun.

At this point Arjun is completely bewildered and Laxmi explains she saw Arjun when she was 9 and has decided to get married to him.

The bus arrives at her destination and she leaves the bus. Arjun notices she has dropped her necklace and runs after her but she has disappeared.

Laxmi gets home really excited because plots have been allocated and everyone whom she recommended to get a plot was allocated to one. She thinks her father has lost their reference number so she is about to call someone to find out what it is when her father holds her hand.

Laxmis dad tells Laxmi that he had not put the money in the plot because he was scared that the money would be stuck in the plot and he wouldn’t be able to get his elder daughter married. He was already under pressure as he had not been able to get his sister married and she was still living with them.

Laxmi was upset that her father had not taken her advice.

At his house Arjun is playing the guitar thinking about Laxmi while looking at her necklace. Dadi enters and she encourages him to find the girl he likes. – – By the way Dadi is so cute!-

She asks him her name and when he tells her, she goes on FB to look for her.

Arjun then explains to dadi that Laxmi has fallen in love with the ‘rich’ Arjun who lives in the big house. And he wants her to fall in love with him…the simple Arjun. So dadi advises him to win over Laxmis heart as the simple Arjun.

Laxmi and her dad have a sweet conversation where Laxmi tells her dad she’s not upset with him and she tells her dad one day she will get all the happiness for their house.

At Arjun’s house everyone is sitting at the dinner table. His dad says he wants the train which his daughters barati is arriving in to arrive at a certain platform. Previously, Laxmis dad who is the TT, had declined to do this.

Arjuns dad tells Arjun to bribe the TT to get the job done. Arjun is uncomfortable about doing this but agrees.

In the morning Laxmi is talking to herself about various things and listening to the news at the same time when she realises her necklace is missing. Then she gets flashback of Arjun and thinks he’s the theif!!

In the meantime Arjun goes looking for the TT’s house. He steps into mud and has water thrown over him.
