Laxmi On Starlife Wednesday 28th December 2022 update, Lakshmi hears Arjun’s phone and thinks he’s stalking her; He tries to explain but she doesn’t let him talk and leaves in a huff.

At Lakshmi’s home, her sister’s wedding date is finalized. Lakshmi wants a grand wedding but her dad can’t afford it.

Lakshmi wants to get her sister a car with the money she saved from her dance class but her sister refuses Laxmi convinces her.

At Arjun’s house, dadi is watching music videos but Arjun’s mom wants to watch a series but her TV signal is bad. Arjun comes and yells at dadi for putting that song on his phone. Dadi is left suspicious.

Lakshmi is convincing her dad to invest in something for Saraswati’s (her sister’s) wedding. Her dad feels it’s a lottery but she gives a speech and convinces him, for glip’s sake. Then they show a sisterly moment-hug.

The next morning, Arjun’s dad is talking about a wedding. He sends Arjun for engagement rings and he agrees. Dadi-Mommy NOK jhok begins.

We see Laxmi’s dad still iffy about the idea she gave him. Well, she explains to him again and her jiju also arrives to look for the rings. Before leaving, she gives a pep talk to her dad about the idea

They go to the same jewelers as the Agnihotri. They were going to change bhai (a different shop) but Lakshmi liked this better. Well, she sits directly behind Arjun.

The episode continues with Laxmi and Arjun selecting the rings with their respective family. Laxmi’s sister chooses the cheap and simple ring on their budget. Whereas Arjun’s family chooses beautiful rings and many other pieces of jewelry. Arjun pays the bill and asks the manager to deliver it.

Laxmi and her family also come to pay the bill when she notices the ring chosen by Arjun’s sister, and insist her sissy get that ring but the manager says that the ring is already bought by Arjun Agnihotri. Laxmi gets very excited hearing Arjun’s name, she gets excited and says that she knows him.

She asks why has he bought that ring.

The manager says for the engagement. Laxmi starts her drama.

In Laxmi’s house, Laxmi starts talking about Lord Shiva’s picture and that she is Katti Katti with him and will not talk to him again (because she thinks Arjun is the one getting engaged) Her Bua (Granny) comes and says that Laxmi is at home but feels like she is not. Laxmi again starts her drama. She says that Arjun Agnihotri is getting engaged.

Buaji also joins LaxmiThey both start crying.

Laxmi’s sissy says Bechara Arjun has no idea that the girl name Laxmi is in love with him for 10 yrs, so they should stop crying. Buaji consoles Laxmi saying it could be only a rumor, she further says if the press can print about his arrival news then they will print about his engagement as well.

At Arjun’s home, women are selecting sarees and talk about the marriage ceremony’s stuff. Arjun’s mom asks Swati to select the saree and she selects a blue one. Dadiji also comes to select the saree but she picks the same one Arjun’s mom chose, Arjun and dadi talk about the saree thing and dadi says she will give this saree to her later.

Arjun, his dad, and his brother discuss some more about Swati’s wedding.

At Laxmi’s house, everyone is looking for Arjun’s engagement news in the paper but couldn’t find anything. Laxmi again starts talking to lord Shiva, She says she is not talking to him and will not come to the mandir as well.

Meanwhile, the phone rings and Laxmi picks up, the caller says that he is talking on behalf of Agnihotri and wants to talk to Laxmi’s dad. She drops the phone excitedly and tells her bua and did the same thing. She also gets to know that Swati is getting engage not her brother.

She dances happily and says Arjun will be her if her dad helps them. Meanwhile, Laxmi’s baiji comes home and asks Saraswati about the engagement ring. She says everything is done and asks him to help Agnihotri in their daughter’s wedding to set the trail in track number 1.

Bauji refuses and says he is working for the government, not for Agnihotri. He says he will not break any rules and leaves.

At Arjun’s place, Arjun is getting ready to leave for the office, Dadiji comes and asks him about his love story. He says it’s not a love story, he has met her two and half times only God knows if he will meet his Ms. Lattarpattar again or not. dadi tells him to leave everything in Shivji’s hand. Arjun kisses dadi ji and leaves for the office.

Laxmi is on the road waiting for an Auto, but when the auto stops, she let it go and helps an old woman to cross the road. She talks to herself about her result coming out today. She again tries to stop the rickshaw.
Arjun comes out of the office talking on the phone with his dad about some business stuff. He gets another call from his driver and finds out that his car isn’t working. He tells his secretary that he has to make an important payment and he will manage it. He tries to stop the rickshaw.
