King Solomon Hospital, a reputable Hospital based on the mainland of Lagos, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Giving a good Impression of the hospital to its patients and visitors.
• Ensuring that the environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for patients and their families.
• Collecting patient information, and updating medical records.
• Logging all registrations for the day into Microsoft excel for backup
• Answers the phone calls while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.

Qualifications

• OND or its equivalent.
• One – two years working experience.

Requirements / Skills:

• Preferably stay at Anthony or its Axis
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Highly motivated team player willing to go the extra mile.
• Must be presentable and smart Good-looking.
• Proficient with Healthcare Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working in a hospital is an added advantage
• Face to face experience with customers
