We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary / Personal Assistant

Location: Nigeria

Qualifications

  • Minimum of BSc / HND in Secretarial Studies / Office Technology, 
  • Possession of other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

Experience: 

  • 5 years working experience as a Secretary / Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a Structured organization.

Skill Sets:

  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Suites – (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral) and preparation of Board reports / papers
  • Must be proactive, creative and self-motivated with strong ability to think “out of the box”.
  • Proven experience in the use of Corel Draw for graphics, Letter-headed designs and other graphic works
  • Fast typing ability and clean print-out works
