We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Support Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service team.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Train staff
• Develop goals and report progress
• Continue to learn.
• Develop policies and procedures.
• Focus on customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 0 – 1 year relevant work experience.

Salary
N3,000,000 – N3,500,000 Annually.
