Photos showing the deplorable state of a healthcare facility in Tabanni community, Wagara ward, Tofa LGA, Kano State have been shared online.

According to citizens advocacy group, TrackaNG who shared the photos online, pregnant women trek a distance of 3km to access the healthcare facility for delivery as this is the only healthcare facility in the community.
