The MESSAGE:

This message is important because many of God’s children are right at the edge of uncommon breakthroughs, so it is important you listen to this very carefully now. Paul did not say “few adversaries”, he said “many adversaries”. They did not start the journey, they did not contest with you in the middle of the journey; now that you are close to the edge of that breakthrough, they now built a flat at that edge of breakthroughs and began all kinds of attacks.

I am praying for somebody here today: any power lodging at the edge of your breakthroughs to attack you when you are so close to it, they are destroyed in the name of Jesus! (A ten-fold Amen).

At the edge of breakthroughs, lies very dangerous dragons. These dragons have swallowed so many eagle destinies. What a pity, what a lamentable tragedy that a man would fail at the edge of breakthroughs because of these dragons that are always organising themselves there.

If you study the life of Jesus very well, the most terrible battles that Jesus fought were always at the door of breakthroughs. When He was going to start ministry, at the edge of ministry, the temptation came. “Bow down and worship me. Jump down from the cliff”. He won it.

Then at the door of Calvary, at Gethsemane, it faced Him too. He fought a terrible warfare. He had Gethsemane to pull through. So at the door of ministry, at the door of Gethsemane, He fought.

Then at the door of resurrection power, the thieves at the cross taunted Him. They made fun of Him on that cross so that He could get angry and say “what sort of nonsense is this?” But He said “my father, my father, why has thou forsaken me?”

They looked at Him and said “He trusted in God, let that God deliver Him now”. They made fun of the Son of God, just to persuade Him to come down from that cross. So, some of the dragons are very tricky. Some masquerade. Some pretend. Some look innocent as if they are not derailers but that is what they are, and they are at the edge of breakthroughs. The power of failure at the edge of breakthroughs has downsized so many lives. What a pity to get to that edge of breakthrough and lose that breakthrough.

Our second scripture shows very severe provocation and insult. Hannah was being insulted by no less a person as the priest at the edge of her breakthrough. One weapon that the enemy uses at the edge of breakthroughs is insult. Some come to church to get their breakthroughs. They say an usher insulted them and they run away. The breakthrough collapses. Some come to church and begin to quarrel over where to sit, and they are being provoked. They do not realise that it is a planned work to ensure that they miss that breakthrough.

May the Lord damage our ignorance! May the Lord open our understanding, in the name of Jesus.

Some even come to church and lose blessings because this our generation is so spiritually dumb and are all dullards. They do not even know that sometimes the person sitting next to them might be an angel, simply because they think angels have to be white men and women with wings. And so they do not know. They are provoked and once they are provoked, they lose the breakthroughs. The Bible says “some even entertained angels unawares”.

I am praying for somebody here today: The dragon at the edge of your breakthrough, shall be buried alive, in the name of Jesus! (A sevenfold Amen).

Hannah was terribly insulted but thank God she moved from that insult to result. She moved from that mockery to miracle.

May the Lord deliver us from pride!

Pride has destroyed so many people’s destinies. It is pride that says “they insulted me, I am angry. They talked to me like that. A whole me!”. The question is: who are you? When you die, you still get 6 feet. And that is it. So, who are you? Let pride die. It was the first sin in the universe. Just like when Naaman humbled himself, he got his miracle. Hannah too was able to deal with that dragon that wanted to deal with her.

I am praying this great prayer again: all the witchcraft powers that have built a flat at the edge of breakthrough of anyone here: in the name which is above all names, Jesus Christ, I command their houses to crash, in the name of Jesus.

That Syrophoenician woman got acidic provocation at the edge of breakthroughs. This has cheated so many people. But when you refuse to be provoked, then you are able to deal with the challenges and you have victory. That insult you are having at the edge of your breakthroughs can also be your stumbling block if you are not careful. Some provocations came against Joseph to go and do all kinds of things. But he overcame. This kind of insult and provocation is the last weapon the enemy will use against you at the edge of your breakthroughs.

I am praying for somebody here: may those dragons at the edge of your breakthrough be disgraced, in the name of Jesus.

PRAYER POINTS

1. Powers that have vowed to see me suffer, carry your load, in the name of Jesus!
2. Powers assigned to disconnect me from my breakthroughs, what are you waiting for? Die! in the name of Jesus.
3. Demons at the edge of my breakthroughs, hear the Word of the Lord, scatter in the name of Jesus.
