Love thy woman episode 27

Jia wanted to see Michael so she went to his school. David brought Michael to her and a parent from the school saw them. She called Dana to tell her that Jia and David were together.
Dana went to Jia’s office and poured a pot of coffee on her work. She accused her of seducing David again and the two of them got into a fight. David arrived to stop them and took them to his office.

Dana said that Jia was using Michael as an excuse to meet up with David. Jia said she only went to school to see Michael and didn’t know David would be there. Dana said she was lying and called her a mistress. Adam asked Dana to leave so he could talk to Jia. Jia said she only went there to see Michael and would make sure to get her son back.

Jia consulted a lawyer and she told her that they needed a DNA test to prove that she was Michael’s biological mother. They also needed proof to show that Jia’s baby was kidnapped and she had no intention of giving him up. Dana also talked to a lawyer who assured her that she would keep Michael because she went through the proper channels to adopt him.

Helen found out that Dana was trying to expedite Michael’s citizenship. She called Kai and Jia to warn them that if Michael was declared a Singapore Citizen, they would have a difficult time getting her back. Jia therefore filed a motion in court to nullify Michael’s adoption. Dana and David both received their subpoenas and Adam was furious. He called Jia to try and talk her out of taking the matter to court. Jia however said she would do everything to get her son back from Dana.

Dana went to David’s office and found out that he was still pursuing their annulment. She trashed his office and ruined the blue prints he had been working on. David saw everything on the CCTV footage but decided to use it as evidence against Dana.

Dana had been treating Michael badly so the boy sent David a text to say he wasn’t feeling well. David went to his school and brought him to the hospital. He called Jia and she went to see Michael too.

David negotiated with Dana to have Michael with him for 2 weeks. Dana refused so David said he would file for full custody since he Michael’s father. He would also tell Michael that Dana was not his mother. Dana finally gave in and decided to agree to share Michael’s custody.
